Shiur Submission Terms

Thank you for being partners in expanding the archive! Before submitting shiurim, please read and confirm:

• Rights — You affirm that you have the right to submit the recordings for publication, and that their publication does not infringe upon the rights of others.
• Review Before Publishing — Every submission is received for review by the content team and is published only after approval by the committee under the supervision of Rabbanim of Anash. We do not commit to publishing every submission, and we do not send updates regarding the status of a submission.
• Identifying details — The name and phone number you provide will be used by the content team solely for inquiries regarding your submission, should the need arise, and will not be published on the site. They are saved in your browser for your convenience in future submissions, and if you are signed in — they are also synced to your account.
• Transfer of rights — By sending the recordings you transfer to us the full rights in them, and confirm that you know and agree that we may pass the files on to other organizations and bodies, at our discretion.
• Appropriate Content — Submissions are intended for Torah shiurim, sichos, and niggunim in the spirit of Breslov Chassidus. Content that is not suitable will be rejected.
• Misuse — Sending offensive content or deliberate flooding may result in the ability to send being blocked.
