Accessibility Statement

The "HaOtzar" website attaches the utmost importance to making its content accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities — and operates in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and with the Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at Level AA.

Accessibility adjustments on the site

• Full keyboard navigation on every page and in the player (Space = play/pause, arrows = skip).
• Hebrew ARIA descriptions for all action buttons and the player.
• Color contrast of at least 4.5:1, and a dark display mode.
• Proper heading structure, skip links, and full screen-reader support.
• Touch targets of at least 44 pixels on mobile.
• Respecting the operating system's "reduced motion" preference in all animations, except for the scrolling of the shiur name in the player (a slow, functional display).
